About Me
My name is Trey Williams and I currently reside in Alexandria, KY with my wife (Loran) and four children (Colton, Macie, Brandt and Grey). I am a proud product of Cincinnati Public Schools, graduating from Withrow High School. In high school I was an All-Conference athlete in football and track and field. I was fortunate to receive a scholarship to play football at Morehead State University for a year and Tiffin University for the duration of my collegiate years.
While at Tiffin University I was able to maximize my football opportunities being an All-GLIAC (Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) athlete for three seasons (2008-2010), Offensive MVP for two seasons (2009-2010) and was selected to play in the Ohio National Guard Senior Bowl (2011).
With a lot of hard work and dedication I was invited to the EastPreps D2/D3 Regional Combine in Chicago. Following my performance there I was invited to the EastPreps D2/D3 Top 100 National Combine in New Jersey. Following my collegiate career I spent a season in the Arena Football League (AFL) with the Jacksonville Sharks (2011) and two seasons with the Cincinnati Hawks (2013-2014) of the Northern Frontier Football League (NFFL). While with the Hawks I was an All-Star selection and a 2013 Semi-Pro National Champion.
I believe that when it comes to training, it’s all or nothing. I encourage hard work and guarantee that the results will follow. I am IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association) certified as a Speed and Agility Specialist (CSAS).
Family is everything to me. It is the driving force in my life and business. Every athlete that I am blessed to work with will be added to my family.
